Document notarization

Notarization of documents refers to the certification of true copies of documents that the client needs to notarize (Certified True Copy). The copies of documents notarized by lawyers have the same effect as the originals. When handling matters such as studying abroad and immigration, they can be submitted to the original documents instead of the originals. relevant agencies.

If you need to apply, please contact our office to make an appointment first, and then come to apply in person with your valid ID and original documents. Our office will make copies of the original documents, and after the lawyers check your ID documents, they will sign and seal on the spot.

Level 3 Certification

Documents issued by Canada may require three-level authentication before they can be used in China, such as power of attorney, birth certificate, death certificate, marriage certificate, etc. Level 3 certification means that the document needs to be notarized by a lawyer or notary public (level 1), and then the notarized document by the lawyer is sent to the Order In Council (OIC) Administration Office for certification ( The second level), and finally submit the documents certified by the Canadian provincial government certification office to the Chinese consulate in Canada for certification (third level).

It generally takes 14 working days to complete the third-level certification, and 10 working days for expedited certification. The final certification is subject to the processing time of the BC Provincial Government Certification Office and the Chinese Consulate in Vancouver .

If you need to apply, please contact our office to make an appointment first, and then come to apply in person with your valid ID and original documents.
